Normally 12 to 20 oz—The boneless ribeye, also known as a Delmonico steak, is easily recognized by its generous marbling throughout.  Filled with rich flavor, it is tender and juicy. It is an especially great cut for the grill is the marbling helps keep the meat tender while intense flames give a great crust on the exterior.
